A New Icon of Luxury Living in East London
South Bank Place, Qatar's largest property development project in London, has revealed its latest investment building, "7 Belvedere Road." The project announced the launch of the first collection of luxury residential units in the building, available to the British public. Located on the upper floors, these units consist of two-story penthouses and three-bedroom apartments. A dedicated project team is available to guide interested buyers through the units. The project management team has also introduced special offers for purchasing units in this new building, which is the newest residential icon in South Bank Place, East London.
High Quality and Sustainable Design
Rebecca Worthington, Financial Director of the Qatari-British Canary Wharf Group, which owns the project, stated in her press statements that the building is of high quality and equipped with all the amenities and facilities to meet the needs of potential buyers. She added that the partnership with Qatar's Diyar company has resulted in unique and exceptional building designs in the British market. She also mentioned that the recent financing agreement for the building has facilitated the completion of all works and the release of the units into the British market.
The building overlooks a landmark of the British capital, the London Eye, and the south bank of the River Thames. The construction site is bustling with activity, with building materials and interior decor being delivered continuously. The building is surrounded by a fence stretching from Shell Tower on the west side to 30 Coulson Square, the tallest building in the project, on the east side. Several cranes are visible behind the building, completing the external engineering works for the upper floors.
Each unit boasts large balconies, providing ample natural light and stunning views of the River Thames and the London Eye. The building is clad with high-tech building materials similar to those found in the adjacent Shell Tower. The project has dedicated ample space between the building and its neighboring structures, allowing for easy movement and providing sufficient green spaces around the modern building.
Environmentally Friendly Features
The modern building rises 13 floors above ground level, with a floor dedicated to commercial outlets alongside two underground levels. The building's total area spans 170,000 square feet, encompassing 104 residential units, ranging from one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The building also includes 18,600 square feet of retail space. The residential units in this building are distinguished by the use of environmentally friendly materials, alongside energy and water-saving materials that promote recycling. The renowned British architectural firm, Stanton Williams, designed the building.
